Instructions(4 servings )
1.Cut 2 onions, a carrot and 3 potatoes into bite size pieces.
2.Heat oil and brown meat in a pan, then take meat out.
3.Fry onions in a pot. Add carrots and potatoes, then brown meat.
4.Add water to the pot. After it boils, reduce heat to low. Stew for about 45 minutes until the meat becomes tender.
5.Put out a fire and add 1 box curry sauce mix. Stir well to dissolve the pieces of the mix.
6.Simmer it for 10 to15 minutes.
7.Pour the curry over rice.
